裂解反應(yīng)主要過程是烴和蒸汽混合物在裂解爐中進行高溫?zé)崃呀?,形成富含乙烯和其他烯烴氣體的混合物,同時副產(chǎn)粗裂解汽油和燃料油。

裂解反應(yīng)需要的熱量主要由裂解爐底部燒嘴燃燒產(chǎn)生的輻射熱提供,燃料主要有冷箱分離出的甲烷、氫氣、液化石油氣(LPG)和天然氣。燒嘴全部采用自然通風(fēng)的低氮氧化物型底部燒嘴,燃燒所需的氧氣通過環(huán)境空氣提供。每個燒嘴配置1臺空氣預(yù)熱器,用裝置多余的急冷水做熱源,加熱燃燒空氣,提高燃料的燃燒效率,節(jié)省能耗。
乙烯裂解有3個關(guān)鍵變量,分別是停留時間、烴分壓、反應(yīng)溫度,這些變量在工業(yè)裂解爐上對應(yīng)4個主要操作參數(shù):原料進料流量、稀釋蒸汽流量、爐管出口壓力、爐管出口溫度(COT)。烴類原料裂解生成乙烯和丙烯的反應(yīng)平衡,主要取決于反應(yīng)的溫度和時間,尤其取決于最高的反應(yīng)溫度或COT。
丙乙烯轉(zhuǎn)化率是衡量裂解深度的主要指標(biāo),原料的產(chǎn)品分布與反應(yīng)的劇烈程度有關(guān)。根據(jù)裂解原料的種類選取某種關(guān)鍵組分,并用它的轉(zhuǎn)化率衡量整個原料的轉(zhuǎn)化率,裂解深度越高,乙烯收率會越高,而丙乙烯比則會降低,甲烷和氫氣的收率也會提高。WOODWARD 5601-1126伺服放大器
因此,可以通過調(diào)整裂解深度,在一定程度內(nèi)可以調(diào)整各個主要裂解產(chǎn)品的收率分配比。另外,烴分壓也是影響反應(yīng)平衡的重要因素,分壓髙的烴組分不利于生成乙烯產(chǎn)品,降低蒸汽比例或增大爐管出口壓力會減小特定原料的乙烯收率,產(chǎn)品的產(chǎn)率分布主要通過控制COT實現(xiàn)。
