COT是裂解爐的關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)之一,選擇合適的裂解深度,兼顧較高的雙烯收率和較長的裂解爐運(yùn)行周期。由于裂解爐內(nèi)部溫度場分布和爐管間熱效率的差異,各支路COT總存在偏差,常規(guī)控制是通過調(diào)整各支路的進(jìn)料流量,ZYGO ZMI-2002 COT與燃燒氣流量串級控制,COT作為主回路,燃料氣作為副回路,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)COT的一致性。
APC控制器把支路進(jìn)料流量、稀釋蒸汽流量、爐膛壓力作為主控變量和干擾變量,把COT、各支路溫度偏差、稀釋比、流量偏差、爐膛出口組分分析作為被控變量,在保證總進(jìn)料量不變的前提下,根據(jù)各組爐管COT調(diào)整各組爐管流量;
各支路COT根據(jù)裂解爐管的運(yùn)行狀態(tài),進(jìn)行適當(dāng)?shù)难a(bǔ)償,該補(bǔ)償量用于修正由于爐管流量差異導(dǎo)致的停留時間變化而引起的裂解深度偏差。
2 、裂解爐處理量穩(wěn)定與自動提降控制
裂解爐的生產(chǎn)負(fù)荷有多種控制需求,如穩(wěn)定在某個固定量,根據(jù)指令調(diào)整負(fù)荷,或在滿足工藝條件下最大化處理等。
APC控制器的操作策略是滿足某個固定量,操作人員設(shè)定裂解爐的總處理量后,控制器會根據(jù)各支爐管COT的分布情況,合理地分配各支爐管所調(diào)整的負(fù)荷,同時為了保證COT的穩(wěn)定性,燃料氣和用氧量自動匹配,以同時滿足COT穩(wěn)定和裂解爐處理量調(diào)整的要求。
