新風(fēng)光通過對(duì)逆變器多電平電路拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)、電壓型逆變器的電流源控制技術(shù)、單元并聯(lián)技術(shù)、并網(wǎng)技術(shù)等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行攻關(guān)，實(shí)現(xiàn)了突破。在國內(nèi)首創(chuàng)并成功運(yùn)行在軌道交通行業(yè)，填補(bǔ)了國內(nèi)空白。通過該項(xiàng)目關(guān)鍵技術(shù)開發(fā)與應(yīng)用，滿足了城市軌道交通行業(yè)低碳綠色環(huán)保節(jié)能的需求，推動(dòng)國產(chǎn)軌道交通裝備的提質(zhì)增效。
3 新風(fēng)光FDBL-JC-650/1500V型再生制動(dòng)能量吸收逆變裝置介紹
該逆變裝置具有動(dòng)態(tài)響應(yīng)快，并網(wǎng)電流諧波小，回饋能量效率高，可靠性高。產(chǎn)品經(jīng)鐵道部質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢驗(yàn)中心檢驗(yàn)，各項(xiàng)技術(shù)指標(biāo)均達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)要求。該設(shè)備被列入科技部2014年度國家火炬計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目，山東省重點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域首臺(tái)套裝備名單。
3.1新風(fēng)光FDBL-JC-650/1500V型再生制動(dòng)能量吸收逆變裝置主要技術(shù)參數(shù)
新風(fēng)光FDBL-JC-650/1500V型再生制動(dòng)能量吸收逆變裝置主要技術(shù)參數(shù)如下：
(1)功率：峰值功率650kW，持續(xù)時(shí)間20s，周期120s
(2)工作制：間歇工作制
(3)啟動(dòng)電壓值：1530V~1980V連續(xù)平滑可調(diào)
(4)輸出電壓：AC1000V 三相三線制
(5)頻率：跟蹤交流側(cè)電網(wǎng)頻率
(6)額定工況下輸出功率因數(shù)：＞0.98
(7)額定工況下整套設(shè)備效率：＞97%
(8)額定工況下電流諧波含量：≤3％
(9)額定工況下電壓諧波含量：≤3％

3.2主要工作原理
逆變器部分采用多單元并聯(lián)方式，stacking, AC servo controller and AC servo motor control gantry lifting, accurate and stable, so as to ensure the stacking effect;

U the system is controlled by F1 series bus PLC of Buke electric, with a high degree of automation. The software adopts CoDeSys software of German 3S company, the mainstream software in Europe. Its CPU frequency is as high as 800m, and the program execution accuracy is 1ms. It can still maintain the stability of the system on the 130m production line;
