傳統(tǒng)網(wǎng)板印刷機器多半為半自動的單工位機器，印刷完畢后再搬運到下一個地方做固化、光油等后續(xù)處理。在這個過程中，容易因為人為操作不當(dāng)對產(chǎn)品造成不必要的損傷，而且也因為中間的搬運過程影響生產(chǎn)的效率，所以就衍生出了8工位轉(zhuǎn)盤式網(wǎng)板印刷機。把等離子除塵、印刷、UV固化、光油等多道工序集成到一臺機器上，這樣不但提高生產(chǎn)效率也節(jié)約人工成本。由于終端廠家生產(chǎn)的需要印刷的瓶子尺寸規(guī)格繁多，所以要求工藝參數(shù)設(shè)置需要簡單便捷，對于以往生產(chǎn)過的產(chǎn)品能直接調(diào)用參數(shù)，以方便現(xiàn)場人員調(diào)試。
HONEYWELL 51405039-275模塊因此設(shè)備支持配方的導(dǎo)入與下載，更換產(chǎn)品時可以節(jié)省調(diào)試所需的時間。印刷工位由升降軸、網(wǎng)板軸、工件旋轉(zhuǎn)軸、刮刀切換氣缸組成。印刷過程中需要保證網(wǎng)板軸和工件旋轉(zhuǎn)軸有位置對應(yīng)關(guān)系，印刷精度保證在0.3-0.5mm以內(nèi)。由于產(chǎn)品尺寸的多樣性，所以每一個都需要設(shè)置瓶子的直徑和需要印刷的角度再通過算法規(guī)劃出凸輪曲線，然后通過電子凸輪耦合兩個工藝軸保證同步運動。根據(jù)不同瓶子的尺寸（周長），和需要印刷圖案的長度，生產(chǎn)效率可以在35-40個/分鐘。觸摸屏采用以太網(wǎng)形式通訊PLC，PLC選用匯川AM403中型PLC支持EtherCat總線最大能帶16個電機軸。PLC通過EtherCat總線協(xié)議控制伺服，EtherCat總線的優(yōu)勢是通訊距離長、時間延時極小、實時性高、接線簡便。IS620N系列伺服驅(qū)動器基于IS620P系列的功能與性能，支持Ethercat以太網(wǎng)通訊協(xié)議，支持多圈絕對值編碼器，可以進行復(fù)雜的多軸伺服并聯(lián)高速協(xié)同控制。提供了剛性表設(shè)置、慣量辨識及振動抑制功能，使伺服驅(qū)動器簡單易用。衛(wèi)星式柔版印刷機控制要求
