CC-PCNTOX底板廣泛用于紙張加工界或印前印后的機(jī)械設(shè)備。紙張分切機(jī)是采用PLC和觸摸屏控制,磁粉離合式張力控制,中心卷取方式,采用變頻調(diào)速可以自動計(jì)米、報(bào)警停機(jī)。功能以普通模式為例,畫面上可以控制機(jī)器的運(yùn)行停止,計(jì)數(shù),吹邊,小孔,磁粉收卷,報(bào)警停機(jī)等功能。這個(gè)工程的控制系統(tǒng)是觸摸屏、plc、變頻器之間的通訊控制。Plc上要處理好計(jì)數(shù),以及控制變頻器的啟停。 基于PLC和HMI的分切機(jī),用人機(jī)界面顯示系統(tǒng)的狀態(tài)和對系統(tǒng)的控制,實(shí)現(xiàn)全自動工作,節(jié)省了人力。采用觸摸屏對現(xiàn)場設(shè)備進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)檢測和控制,便于操作和維護(hù),控制過程采用變頻調(diào)速,提高控制效率、工作效率和工作可靠性,降低故障發(fā)生率,還使得控制過程智能化、可視化。該燙印機(jī)由傳動機(jī)構(gòu)、加熱機(jī)構(gòu)、精修機(jī)構(gòu)、拋光機(jī)構(gòu)組成。傳動機(jī)構(gòu)由臺達(dá)變頻器控制一個(gè)三相異步電動機(jī),帶動傳送帶。加熱機(jī)構(gòu)由加熱棒和溫度傳感器組成,用溫度傳感器讀取的溫度來控制加熱棒是否加熱。精修與拋光機(jī)構(gòu)由變頻器控制三相異步電機(jī)。具體流程:該設(shè)備采用的是全點(diǎn)動控制,沒有自動流程 。按轉(zhuǎn)印按鈕系統(tǒng)會自動判斷溫度是否達(dá)到要求來控制是否開始轉(zhuǎn)印,完成后進(jìn)行精修和拋光,再導(dǎo)膜。該控制系統(tǒng)主要采用維控人機(jī)界面LEVI-700LK,PLC主機(jī)采用LX3V-0806MT,模塊LX3V-2TC構(gòu)成。PLC的COM2口與變頻器的485通訊口連接,用MODBUS RTU協(xié)議來控制傳送帶、精修電機(jī)、拋光電機(jī)的速度與報(bào)警。用LX3V-2TC控制加熱棒是否加熱。方案優(yōu)化
