整流:IGBT、逆變:IGBT為三菱原裝產(chǎn)品,中間直流回路電容:可自愈式金屬薄膜電容,使用壽命長。

4 控制及邏輯說明
(1)變頻運(yùn)行方式
正常運(yùn)行期間兩臺(tái)一次風(fēng)機(jī)變頻自動(dòng)運(yùn)行,動(dòng)葉手動(dòng)放置在60~80%開度,通過變頻器自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)風(fēng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速,調(diào)整一次風(fēng)壓;
(2)工頻運(yùn)行方式
兩臺(tái)風(fēng)機(jī)均工頻運(yùn)行期間,保持原邏輯不變,通過調(diào)整風(fēng)機(jī)動(dòng)葉自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)一次風(fēng)壓;
(3)一臺(tái)變頻一臺(tái)工頻運(yùn)行
1)變頻器投入自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)一次風(fēng)壓,工頻運(yùn)行風(fēng)機(jī)手動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)動(dòng)葉開度,調(diào)整兩臺(tái)風(fēng)機(jī)出力平衡;
2)工頻運(yùn)行風(fēng)機(jī)動(dòng)葉投入自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)一次風(fēng)壓,變頻運(yùn)行風(fēng)機(jī)手動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)轉(zhuǎn)速,調(diào)整兩臺(tái)風(fēng)機(jī)出力平衡;
