動葉及變頻器禁止同時投入自動。MVe2變頻器輸入采用單相PWM整流、諧波極小,這樣使得輸入變壓器二次側(cè)繞組不需要移相,結(jié)構(gòu)變得簡單;同時采用三電平IGBT串聯(lián)輸出,提高了單元耐壓等級、減少了單元數(shù)量使得輸入變壓器二次側(cè)繞組數(shù)量大大減少、工藝更簡單可靠。MVe2變頻單元的硬件構(gòu)成整流:IGBT、逆變:IGBT為三菱原裝產(chǎn)品,中間直流回路電容:可自愈式金屬薄膜電容,使用壽命長。
12P3162X162模塊,SLS1508使用進(jìn)展變頻裝置保護(hù)配置:一次風(fēng)機原10kV電源開關(guān)保護(hù)配置不變,作為旁路運行方式的保護(hù)。在變頻器上口開關(guān)柜配置CSC241C、保護(hù)裝置中設(shè)置第二套定值作為變頻方式運行的變壓器主保護(hù)。變頻裝置本體保護(hù)和電機的各種保護(hù)由變頻裝置自身保護(hù)功能實現(xiàn)。
2.6 緊急停機:變頻裝置自身帶有緊急停機按鈕。另外在電動機事故按鈕增加一對常開接點,接至變頻裝置用來在電動機故障時就地同時切除變頻裝置運行。
4 控制及邏輯說明
(1)變頻運行方式
正常運行期間兩臺一次風(fēng)機變頻自動運行,動葉手動放置在60~80%開度,通過變頻器自動調(diào)節(jié)風(fēng)機轉(zhuǎn)速,調(diào)整一次風(fēng)壓;
(2)工頻運行方式
兩臺風(fēng)機均工頻運行期間,保持原邏輯不變,通過調(diào)整風(fēng)機動葉自動調(diào)節(jié)一次風(fēng)壓;
(3)一臺變頻一臺工頻運行
1)變頻器投入自動調(diào)節(jié)一次風(fēng)壓,工頻運行風(fēng)機手動調(diào)節(jié)動葉開度,調(diào)整兩臺風(fēng)機出力平衡;
2)工頻運行風(fēng)機動葉投入自動調(diào)節(jié)一次風(fēng)壓,變頻運行風(fēng)機手動調(diào)節(jié)轉(zhuǎn)速,調(diào)整兩臺風(fēng)機出力平衡;
