電氣控制方案1. 1 起重機電氣系統(tǒng)是由配電照明保護回路,主起升回路,副起升回路,大車運行回路,小車運行回路及電動葫蘆所組成的。本起重機以PLC為核心系統(tǒng),用于接受和處理各機構(gòu)發(fā)出的信號并實現(xiàn)響應(yīng)功能。采用變頻調(diào)速,從而保證了整臺車的運行平穩(wěn)性及定位準(zhǔn)確性。起重機各機構(gòu)的運轉(zhuǎn),由司機室聯(lián)動臺操縱桿進行操作。

主副起升機構(gòu)均采用操縱桿控制器(電氣無級調(diào)速,為增加操作感人為設(shè)置有級4-0-4檔操作)+PLC+變頻器+電機的控制方式,無級調(diào)速;調(diào)速精度0.05%。檔位明顯,操作者速度感強,易于操作。
(1)變頻器采用高性能矢量控制型或直接轉(zhuǎn)矩控制型,并帶有速度檢測元件,直接返回變頻器,在變頻器外部形成直接速度反饋閉環(huán)控制系統(tǒng)。
(2)啟動時,先采取電制動方式使電動機保持一上升力矩,以防重載時溜鉤,之后松開機械制動器,機構(gòu)開始按給定速度要求穩(wěn)定運行。
(3)停車時,先采用電制動的方式使機構(gòu)快速電氣制動,基本0速時,機械制動器上閘,既提高了制動器的可靠性,又減少了制動器剎車片的磨損。
(4)主、副起升機構(gòu)均設(shè)有上升限位及下降限位,主、副鉤均設(shè)有超載限制器、旋轉(zhuǎn)編碼器,可實現(xiàn)閉環(huán)速度控制,以穩(wěn)定速度和實現(xiàn)超速保護。
(5)變頻調(diào)速,起制動平穩(wěn),可做到零速制動停車,加減速平滑過渡,可實現(xiàn)無級調(diào)速,對機械傳動裝置沖擊小,延長了機械傳動裝置的壽命,可滿足各種吊裝工藝要求。1.3小車運行機構(gòu)
