可以實現(xiàn)外部電源及內(nèi)部電源供電兩種方式,當外部電源斷電后內(nèi)置的電池可以提供供電,以免出現(xiàn)故障。
電機驅(qū)動系統(tǒng):主要為機械部件通過步進電機的移動完成注射器的移動。
壓力檢測系統(tǒng):壓力檢測系統(tǒng)負責通過傳感器檢測流量等常態(tài)或故障信號,從而反饋回控制系統(tǒng),進行進一步的響應(yīng)。
1B30035H01模塊卡件自動報警系統(tǒng):包含注射脫落、管道堵塞、供電是否正常等等的問題報警。系統(tǒng)供電說明:AC/DC電源輸出15V電壓,分別給電池充電電路、步進電機和電壓轉(zhuǎn)換芯片供電,通過穩(wěn)壓和電源轉(zhuǎn)換模塊轉(zhuǎn)換成12V、5V、3.3V、1.8V電壓分別給功放電路、編碼器以及CPU進行供電。
工作過程:接通交流電源,在無交流電源情況下由內(nèi)置電池供電。系統(tǒng)上電時,液晶顯示屏、步進電機、步進電機控制器通過主板CPU的初始化后進入正常工作。當人按鍵操作顯示屏按鈕,顯示屏將信號反饋給主板CPU ,CPU將接受的指令內(nèi)部處理,然后將處理后的信號傳給步進電機控制器,通過驅(qū)動信號去控制電機的推進速度,電機將轉(zhuǎn)軸信息傳給編碼器,編碼器將接受的反饋信號傳給電機,并且同時將信號傳給CPU、步進電機控制器,實現(xiàn)控制、編碼、顯示等一系列閉環(huán)控制的過程。常需要滿足隔離耐壓3000VAC,防護等級2個MOOP的要求,但是很多嚴格要求的場合也會提出要求滿足2個MOPP的隔離防護等級。主要裝置和設(shè)備由反應(yīng)、分離、吸收、換熱和化學處理等部分組成。主要設(shè)備有:一、二級分離裝置、過濾、增壓裝置、換熱器、脫水器、膨脹器、加熱爐、烴構(gòu)化反應(yīng)器等。裝置主要配套設(shè)施有:產(chǎn)品罐、吸收塔、涼水塔、循環(huán)冷卻水泵及其它公用工程、控制和運輸配套設(shè)施等料氣(本廠主要使用C4裂解氣),常溫下為氣態(tài),要分離提取得到液態(tài)和100%高純度的C4混合物必須將氣態(tài)的原料通過壓縮機壓縮為高溫液態(tài)再經(jīng)過冷卻才能達到分離提純的條件。直接6kV輸入、6kV輸出,接線簡單、控制靈活。

5. System advantages
