F31X304IBDAMG1-00609燃機模塊風機數(shù)據(jù)采集和控制系統(tǒng):采用研華PAC產(chǎn)品APAX-5520KW實現(xiàn)對各設(shè)備狀態(tài)的數(shù)據(jù)采集和控制。APAX-5520KW通過工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)接口連接到上位機或礦統(tǒng)調(diào)系統(tǒng)。同時,通過以太網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)采集模塊ADAM-6000系列模塊實現(xiàn)了其它分散點數(shù)據(jù)的采集,并與上位機系統(tǒng)連接。本地服務(wù)器:本地服務(wù)器是由工業(yè)級嵌入式工業(yè)電腦UNO-2174G和基于以太網(wǎng)組態(tài)軟件WebAccess組成的上位機系統(tǒng)。本地服務(wù)器實現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)分析、處理和故障診斷,并提供維護信息。
F31X304IBDAMG1-00609燃機模塊人機界面實現(xiàn)監(jiān)測參數(shù)的實時顯示,并將監(jiān)測參數(shù)存儲到數(shù)據(jù)庫中;同時以數(shù)據(jù)、趨勢圖及報表等多種方式實現(xiàn)風機運行參數(shù)監(jiān)測結(jié)果的再現(xiàn)。 數(shù)據(jù)遠傳系統(tǒng):數(shù)據(jù)遠傳系統(tǒng)由WebAccess組態(tài)軟件和GPRS無線工業(yè)模塊EKI-1321組成,實現(xiàn)了風機數(shù)據(jù)的遠傳,并與礦山管理系統(tǒng)無縫連接。 高開柜監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)高壓部分采用微機保護單元,該單元可就地顯示相電壓、線電壓、電流、有功功率、無功功率、功率因數(shù)等參數(shù),通過RS485、網(wǎng)絡(luò)通訊,把本地數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)送到上位機,在上位機實現(xiàn)綜合智能監(jiān)測與控制。控制器有一個RS-485 端口和一個RS-232 端口,支持 SNP、串行I/O 和 Modbus 從模式;支持串行、Genius、以太網(wǎng)、Profibus通訊方式;雙機硬件冗余配置,可實現(xiàn)無擾動切換,因為PACSystems RX3i控制器冗余配置時是安裝在兩個機架上,此時還需在各個機架上安裝一個光纖同步模塊來實現(xiàn)冗余。PAC RX3I系統(tǒng)一旦檢測到故障,冗余控制器之間將自動切換,且不產(chǎn)生任何干擾。備用控制器和主控制器一樣,在同一時間內(nèi)對相同數(shù)據(jù)進行相同的運算,其結(jié)果照常進行交叉檢查。這就確保備用控制器隨時準備接替主控制器進行冗余。 LED顯示:CPU OK:CPU已經(jīng)供電時顯示綠色,表示CPU正常;RUN:程序編輯通過顯示綠色,表示CPU運行正常;OUTPUTS DISABLED:輸出不正常時顯示紅色;I/O FORCE:下載程序時IO被強制時顯示紅色;BATTERY:備用電池未接或故障時顯示紅色; SYSTEM FAULT:系統(tǒng)文件錯誤是顯示紅色。 開關(guān):STOP/RUN:STOP狀態(tài)為CPU停止狀態(tài)時可以設(shè)置臨時IP,下載完配置后將開關(guān)撥至RUN狀態(tài)CPU才能正常運行。 底板 通用的背板支持PCI總線和串行背板總線兩種總線。 RX3i System必須包含一個12-Slot通用背板或者16-Slot通用背板。每個背板上可以安裝電源模塊、CPU、I/O模塊和串行擴展模塊。本系統(tǒng)中控制器底板采用型號為IC695CHS012的12槽底板,IO機架采用型號為IC695CHS016的16槽底板,串行擴展背板采用型號為IC694CHS392的10槽底板。numerical control machine
