外部調(diào)制解調(diào)器機(jī)架

External Modem Rack
The interface module directly supports the following external modems: no Hayes Ultra 9600 Hayes Optima 9600 Motorola FasTalkII 9600 custom initialization string settings and the command to start the modem. If you select a modem from the list, the default initialization string appears in this field. If you select Custom, enter the initialization string according to the information in the modem documentation. Byte timeout The number of bytes that the communication line must be idle before communication is considered complete. One byte time is a function of the selected baud rate. Values range from 3 to 255. Static Data Considerations Each static data port has access to six monitor slots in the 3500 rack. Each monitor slot in the 3500 rack is limited to 32 PPLs. The Dynamic Signal option identifies which monitors provide dynamic data to the dynamic connector on the Data Manager I/O module. This field defines how the 3500 rack provides mechanical data to the communication processor (TDIX or DDIX). The following table shows the different options available. Remember the following: ? Dynamic port 2 is always assigned to slots 8 through 13. ? If a slot contains something other than a monitor, the data for that slot will not be returned. ?
