連接I/O模
Install
When installed according to these instructions, the module installation compact I/O is suitable for industrial environments. Specifically, this equipment is applicable to clean and dry environment (pollution level 2 (1)) and circuits not exceeding overvoltage class II (2) (IEC 60664-1). (3) Electrostatic discharge prevention and removal power supply (1) Pollution level 2 is an environment where only non-conductive pollution usually occurs, but temporary conductivity caused by condensation occasionally occurs. (2) Type II overvoltage is the load level part of the distribution system. At this level, the transient voltage is controlled and will not exceed the impulse voltage capability of the product insulation. (3) Pollution class 2 and overvoltage class II are the names of the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC). be careful! If you touch the bus connector pins, electrostatic discharge may damage the integrated circuit or semiconductor. When handling the module, follow these guidelines: Touch a grounded object to discharge static electricity. Wear an approved wrist strap grounding device. Do not touch the bus connector or connector pins. Do not touch the circuit components inside the module. If available, use a static security workstation. When not in use, keep the module in its static shielding box. be careful! Disconnect the power supply before removing or inserting this module.
When removing or inserting a module
When removing or inserting a module with power on, arcing may occur. The electric arc can cause personal injury or property damage in the following ways: sending wrong signals to the field equipment of the system, causing accidental movement of the machine, causing explosive arc in a dangerous environment, and causing excessive wear of the contacts on the module and its mating connectors. Worn contacts can create resistance. Compact 32 point solid state 24V DC power output module 5 Publication 1769-IN031A-EN-P-April 2003 System component modules can be connected to the controller or adjacent I/O modules before or after installation. For installation instructions, refer to Panel Mounting on page 6 or DIN Rail Mounting on page 8. To use an installed system, see Replacing Individual Modules in the System on page 8. The following steps show you how to assemble a compact I/O system. 1. Disconnect the power supply. 2. Check whether the bus bar of the module to be installed is in the unlocked (full right) position. 3. Use the upper and lower tongue slots (1) to fix the modules together (or on the controller). 4. Move the module backward along the tongue slot until the bus connectors (2) are aligned with each other. 5. Push the bus bar back slightly to clear the locating lug (3). Use your fingers or a small screwdriver. 6. To allow communication between the controller and the module, move the bus bar completely to the left (4) until a click occurs. Make sure it is securely locked in place. be careful! Connecting I/O modules
