Adjust voltage
Connect the PT outlet of branch C to terminal 3. Adjust the size of the voltage transformer to produce 100 – 240 Vac. Current transformer power The current transformer shall be sized to produce a secondary current of 5 A and a maximum generator current (3 – 7 A secondary current at full load is acceptable). CT load is 0.1 VA. In order to prevent fatal high voltages on the terminal leads, the load sharing module contains internal loads that must be connected to both ends of the power current transformer when the device is operating. Ammeter can be installed on the lead of current transformer. Connect the phase "A" CT to terminals 4 and 5. Connect the phase "B" CT to terminals 6 and 7. Connect the "C" CT to terminals 8 and 9. Observe the correct phase as shown in the equipment wiring diagram shown in Figure 1-3, and the auxiliary contact is used to select the sagging or synchronous operation of the sagging contact and the circuit breaker auxiliary contact between terminals 13 and 14 in series connection. When both the droop contact and the auxiliary contact of the circuit breaker are closed, the load sharing module is in synchronous load sharing mode.
Relay energized
In this mode, the internal load sharing line relay is energized, the droop signal is disabled, and the load matching circuit is connected to the load sharing line, allowing synchronous load sharing. The load sharing module is in droop mode when the droop contact or the circuit breaker auxiliary contact is open. If the droop contact is open, the load sharing module remains in droop mode even if the auxiliary contact of the circuit breaker is closed. If lowering is not required when the auxiliary contacts are open, turn the lowering potentiometer fully counterclockwise. Use a single pole, single throw switch with a minimum rating of 0.1 a for the "droop open" switch. Connect the shield to the nearest chassis screw only. Do not connect the shield at the wiring speed control end. Synchronous connection If SPM-A synchronizer is used, please connect 0.5 mm 2 (20 AWG) or larger twisted pairs are connected from the synchronizer to terminals 24 (+) and 25 (–).
