CHH100系列高壓變頻器具有內(nèi)置PID功能,操作靈活??刂七B接可采取多種模式,包括線連模式和通信模式。根據(jù)項目現(xiàn)場的實際情況,選擇了線連模式;變頻器通過操作柱遠程控制;系統(tǒng)的閉環(huán)和開環(huán)運行可以通過控制面板來選擇。變頻器控制界面和遠程操作柱請見下圖:

根據(jù)現(xiàn)場泵的特性和用戶的用水量的變化,結(jié)合CHH100系列高壓變頻器的功能特性,現(xiàn)場變頻器的PID相關(guān)參數(shù)設(shè)置如下:
5.節(jié)能效果
變頻器于2010年4月5日安裝完畢。按照現(xiàn)場生產(chǎn)要求,于4月8日對變頻器進行了試車并投入使用,4月11日 - 4月13日對水泵進行了電力節(jié)能測試。測試數(shù)據(jù)如下:
1) 1#供水站水泵:
根據(jù)電表的實際讀數(shù)和兩天內(nèi)的電網(wǎng)頻率和可變頻率模式下的耗電量,可以計算出該系統(tǒng)的節(jié)能情況。變頻改造后,1#供水站的綜合節(jié)能情況是:
每天節(jié)約電量 = 11160 - 8400 kWH = 2760 kWH
節(jié)電率= (11160 - 8400)/21720 ×100% = 24.73%功率因數(shù)增加:當(dāng)原始電機直接以電網(wǎng)頻率運行時,滿載的功率因數(shù)約為0.84。而變頻系統(tǒng),在電源側(cè)的功率因數(shù)可提高到0.95,并且能夠滿足在沒有無功功率補償裝置情況下的電網(wǎng)要求。這進一步節(jié)約了上游設(shè)備的運行成本。
2)系統(tǒng)節(jié)能效果顯著:變頻器改進后,在滿足用戶要求的前提下,可設(shè)置一定的壓力來降低電機的耗電量。根據(jù)實際測試,泵站水泵的節(jié)電率達到24%以上。
3)設(shè)備操作簡單:變頻器改進并設(shè)置壓力后,操作簡單靈活,并能避免水泵的反復(fù)啟停。減少了對馬達和泵的影響,并且可以遠程監(jiān)控。
4)恒壓主管:通過遠程給定的壓力,該變頻器的輸出頻率

9360 - 6840 kWH = 2520 kWH
節(jié)電率= (9360 - 6840)/9360 ×100% = 26.92%
3) 可以計算出該系統(tǒng)的節(jié)能情況。變頻改造后,5280 - 3720 kWH = 1560 kWH
