23 4 Routine inspection and test records (see Sections 6.2.2 and 6.2.3) Inspection date Note Each profile uses the combination of non-conductive rubber and flexible core conductive rubber to form various energy absorbing profiles. The profile has no rigid internal parts, which will "break" or lead to fatigue failure after long-term use. The maximum working voltage of the profile is 12 VDC, so if the profile is accidentally cut or sheared, it will not be exposed to dangerous voltage. The copper wire core on the whole profile length ensures that there is no obvious resistance accumulation on the long length. The circuit through the configuration file is monitored by the Safedge control unit. When 6K ? has a resistance (i.e. normal operating conditions), a signal is generated to the machine control circuit. When the profile is 90 ° from any direction, as shown in the above figure, the top conductive rubber strip compresses and contacts the middle conductive rubber, resulting in a "short circuit" and a decrease in the overall resistance. This is monitored by the control unit that initiates the machine shutdown. Any single fault in the configuration file or the wiring connection of the configuration file will be detected, and the control unit output will enter the OFF state. The individual profiles are connected to each other by conductors, axial connectors or standard 90 ° connectors. The configuration file is connected to the control unit by two wires. The control unit has a fully cross monitored safety relay, which can be configured to detect external contactor faults. The electrical failure of the control unit meets the requirements of EN 954-1 Category 3 and pr EN 1760-2, and the relevant parts of the machine control system can also meet these requirements. The profile complies with the requirements of EN 954-1 Class 1. The Safedge system complies with the requirements of the European EMC Directive. Under the interference conditions that may occur in the industrial environment, normal operation can be ensured because it has been tested and certified.
