Crimp wires and insulation. Do not connect multiple wires to one crimp. Ensure that the power supply remains isolated and locked until Section 6.4. The main AC power supply must be externally fused through a high breaking capacity (HRC) fuse with a maximum of 500mA at the power supply point. When using 110V or 230VAC power supply, switch the voltage selector to 110V or 230V (as appropriate). Note: When the system is shipped from the factory, the selector is set to 230V AC 2. If 110V or 230V AC power supply is used, it shall be connected to the terminals shown, including protective grounding. Check the setting of the voltage selector switch, see step 1. Do not make any connections to the terminals shown in step 3.
The size of protective earth wire shall be at least the same as that of power wire. 3. If 24VAC/DC power supply is used, it should be connected to the terminals shown to ensure correct polarity. Do not make any connections to the terminals shown in step 2. For 24VAC, the ground electrode of the power supply should be connected to the - ve terminal. 4. The required pads shall be connected in sequence (1 to 8) to the quick connect adapters outside the unit. As shown in Figure 27a, terminate the unused connector by disconnecting the installed connector and replacing the short circuit plug. 5. Auxiliary Output: This terminal provides an auxiliary N/C contact for an indication or alarm device (i.e., it closes when the machine enable lamp is turned off). They cannot be connected to safety circuits. Note: MGCSM1 and MGCSM4 provide N/C and N/O contacts.
