電源退出：1。檢查電源RELIANCE 57C405-C和監(jiān)控模塊RELIANCE 57C405-C上的LED（亮LED指示模塊正確，暗LED指示模塊有缺陷。僅更換有缺陷的模塊，否則關(guān)閉PLC?。?。如果LED熄滅，檢查24 V直流供電。3.在退出故障電源RELIANCE 57C405-C之前，RELIANCE 57C405-C檢查所有其他電源的輸出電壓，如果是F 7126，必要時將其調(diào)整為5.4 V！4.擰下故障電源并將其取出。插入：1。插入電源并用螺釘固定。2.檢查輸出電壓，必要時進(jìn)行調(diào)整。通信模塊F 8625退出：1。斷開以太網(wǎng)電纜并將其彎曲。2.取下模塊的固定螺釘。3.取出模塊，連接HSR電纜。4.拆下HSR電纜。插入：1。根據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)表檢查設(shè)置。2.插入不帶電纜的模塊并將其固定。連接HSR電纜。4.連接以太網(wǎng)電纜。RELIANCE 57C405-C
Power Supplies Withdraw: 1. Check the LEDs on the power supplies RELIANCE 57C405-C, F 7130A and of the monitoring modulesRELIANCE 57C405-C (luminated LEDs indicate correct modules, dark LED indicates defective module. Change only defective module, otherwise switching off of the PLC!) 2. If the LED is off check the 24 V DC feeding. 3. Before withdrawing the faulty power supplyRELIANCE 57C405-C check the output voltage of all the other power supplies and in case of RELIANCE 57C405-Cadjust it to 5.4 V if necessary! 4. Screw off the faulty power supply and withdraw it. Insert: 1. Insert power supply and fix it by screws. 2. Check the output voltage and adjust it if necessary.Communication Module F 8625 Withdraw: 1. Disconnect the ethernet cable and bend it byside. 2. Remove fixing screws of the module. 3. Withdraw module with HSR cable connected. 4. Remove HSR cable. Insert: 1. Check settings acc. to data sheet. 2. Insert module without cable and fix it. 3. Connect HSR cable. 4. Connect ethernet cable.
